- Foreign Nations: Depends on the mode of transportation
During high-demand periods (festive seasons, sale events), delivery may take slightly longer.

- Delivery PIN code and courier zone
- Any special shipping instructions

Returns:
- Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (spices, herbs, culinary goods), we do not accept returns unless;
- The item received is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- There is a quality concern verified by our team
- To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You must share photos/videos of the issue via email or WhatsApp for verification
Refunds:
- Once your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment or via UPI/bank transfer in case of COD orders
- In some cases, we may offer a full or partial refund without requiring the product to be returned, based on the situation
Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hours of placing the order, provided they haven't been processed or shipped
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible
Non-Returnable Items:
