Delivery Timeline:

We usually dispatch all orders within 3-4 working days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on your location

During high-demand periods (festive seasons, sale events), delivery may take slightly longer.

Returns:

• Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (spices, herbs, culinary goods), we do not accept returns unless;
   
  • The item received is damaged or defective
     
  • You received the wrong product
     
  • There is a quality concern verified by our team
     
• To be eligible for a return:
   
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
     
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
     
  • You must share photos/videos of the issue via email or WhatsApp for verification

Refunds:

• Once your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund within 7–10 working days
   
• Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment or via UPI/bank transfer in case of COD orders
   
• In some cases, we may offer a full or partial refund without requiring the product to be returned, based on the situation

Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hours of placing the order, provided they haven't been processed or shipped
   
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible

Non-Returnable Items:
